In this course, physiotherapist Anke Wendlandt will guide you into deep relaxation and through various positions of the pelvis and chest area. As these so-called support point positions are free of any intention, the brain and mind will only witness the subtle movements inside your body that are now becoming perceptible. As the brain only plays the role of observer, the body and its cells can regulate themselves as they need to. Anke lovingly calls it: “An energetic quantum leap within”.
