Yoga & meditation on the raft

Give yourself more life energy - meditation for everyone on the Müggelsee!

We meet at the river Spree right beside the tunnel at the DLRG tower in Berlin-Friedrichshagen for boarding at the booked time. Then we set off together and ride into the sunrise or sunset on the lake Müggelsee in the eastern part of Berlin. We let ourselves drift while we watch and listen to nature awakening / falling asleep. We get in the mood for meditation with gentle physical and breathing exercises. This is followed by a guided meditation.


Food and drink are not provided by the team. Everyone brings a small gift, so there is enough for all participants and the buffet becomes a surprise (potluck). Afterwards, we can either remain silent together, share the experience of the meditation or discuss open questions. Those who wish can go swimming. During the meditation, we provide sufficient seating for beginners or people who find it difficult to sit on the floor.

Course can be booked with a maximum of 15 people

Swing with the rhythm of life!

When you practise yoga, you connect more and more with the rhythm of the seasons. The unity of the body with the mind becomes more and more present and it also becomes clearer that the rhythm of nature is connected with human life and, at best, in harmony.

If you can reconnect with the rhythm of nature, you enter a flow that is carried by lightness and makes all worries fade away, because nature knows no worries and no fear.

Andrea and Felicitas want to share this experience with you, at least for the duration of our sound yoga session. Hopefully this yoga sadhana will resonate with you until the next season arrives and we adjust to a different rhythm. Together we can vibrate more consciously through the year and connect with nature in our own personal way.

Spring Sound Yoga combines gentle yoga movements with harmonious sounds to harmonize body and mind. The awakening nature inspires new energy, while singing bowls, koshi chimes, sansula, mountain crystal triad, tongue drum and many more promote deep relaxation with gentle melodies. This practice invites you to consciously feel lightness and joie de vivre.

In summer, we merge flowing movements with lively sounds that promote lightness and joie de vivre in sound yoga. Warm melodies and gentle vibrations relax and refresh at the same time. The connection to nature strengthens inner harmony and vitality.

Autumn Sadhana 105 min. on October 18 at 10:30 a.m.

Mindfulness, contemplation, reflection


Autumn Sound Yoga invites you to let go and go into silence, accompanied by grounding sounds. Gentle yoga flows and meditative sounds support inner retreat and reflection. The colorful splendor of nature inspires gratitude and balance.

In our winter sound yoga, calm movements and gentle sounds create a space of security. Warm soundscapes help you to look inwards and recharge your batteries. This practice promotes relaxation, mindfulness and inner warmth in the cold season.
