These movements have been known for centuries to support the body and mind. They harmonize the physiological functions of the body, improve its elasticity, train the tissue and ensure that the blood vessels are well supplied. The beneficial exercises are holistic life care and calm the central nervous system and strengthen self-healing. The exercises work best when performed with ease and without conscious effort. If possible, practise for 20-40 minutes a day.
